    Yes, I think it's all about the corner pinching technique. My 1st batch, although delicious, did not hold their shape. Turned the 2nd batch into rugelach.

    Great idea to use lemon curd in the hamentashen! My kids liked it with a brownie mix for the filling! yours look great!
